Cut-off Time

At Denifmart, we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. Our cut-off time for order processing is 10 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Processing Time

Our processing time is between one to two business days. We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During this time, we prepare your items for shipment, verify payment, and package your order with care.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out and should arrive within three to four business days. Our shipping days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery services.

Shipping Rates and Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method chosen and your delivery address. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations. Stay tuned for updates!

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed. However, once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up, we will notify you and arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
